改善鼻音功能亢进的个案分析

A Case Study on Improvement of Nasal Function

目的设计并实施改善患者鼻音功能亢进的训练方案,以提高患者的构音清晰度。方法采用单一被试实验设计,对1例腭裂术后鼻音功能亢进幼儿实施鼻腔共鸣障碍矫治训练,比较训练前后差异。结果患者鼻音功能亢进现象显著改善,构音清晰度从35%提高至92%。结论通过针对性的康复治疗,有效改善了患者的鼻音功能亢进现象。

Objective To design and implement the training program to improve nasal function and speech clarity of the patient. Methods By Single subject experimental design, one case postoperative cleft palate hyperfunction of nasal sound received orthodontic training of nasal cavity resonance disorder. Results The phenomenon of nasal hyperactivity in the patient was significantly improved, clarity gas increased from 35% to 92%. Conclusion The targeted rehabilitation therapy is effective in improving nasal function of the patient.
