听力语言康复专业技术人员在线学习现状初探——以“十三五”听障儿童康复专业技术人员网络轮训为例 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解听力语言康复机构专业技术人员通过网络进行在线学习的现状及特点。方法对1279名听力语言康复专业技术人员在线学习情况及学习后的问卷调查结果进行统计分析。结果学员在线学习高峰集中在课程开放的中间时段;8点~17点进行在线学习的人次占全天各时间段学习总人次的53.59%;各门学科学习进度80%以上的学员比例在95%以上;学习时间不足、互动少、网络不顺畅等是学员在线学习中面临的主要问题。结论部分基层听力语言康复专业技术人员能够接受在线学习形式,通过在线学习更新理念、提升专业技能将逐渐成为常态,但还需完善和执行继续教育规章制度;保障基础设备、设施;丰富在线学习资源;提升教学服务支持。 Objective To know the status and characteristics of online learning for hearing and speech rehabilitation professionals. Methods We analyze the background data and the following questionnaires produced by 1279 trainees more than 100 days study. Results The peak time of the trainees’ online learning time is the middle period of the course; the number of online learning from 8 to 17 o'clock accounted for 53.59% in the whole time period; more than 95.78% of the trainees had more than 80% learning progress in each subject A lack of learning time, less interaction, unstable network are the main problems that trainees have to face in their study. Conclusion The administrative guidance is still influening online learning provided to the hearing and speech rehabilitation professionals. Some of the trainees welcome online learning. This new learning form will gradually become more and more common. To supply higher level services, we need to improve human resources and implement rules about continuous education, enrich online learning resources, and improve teaching service support.
