食品安全战略背景下东莞市食品产业发展研究

Research on the Development of Food Industry in Dongguan under the Background of Food Safety Strategy

东莞市食品业存在一些问题,且面临一定的挑战。对此,笔者提出了两点措施:深刻领会习近平的食品安全战略,大力开展食品安全科普工作;加大农产品冷链物流体系建设,保障食品安全,促进农业供给侧改革。

There are some problems in Dongguan food industry, and they face some challenges. In this respect, the author proposed two measures： deep understanding of Xi Jinping’s food safety strategy, vigorously carry out food safety science popularization work, increase agricultural product cold chain logistics system construction, safeguard food safety, promote agricultural supply side reform.
