首先介绍了食品添加剂的质量指标和原则,然后说明了食品添加剂使用中的问题和风险,最后提出了正确使用食品添加剂以保证食品安全的措施,即加强法律法规建设和监督管理,提高消费者认知,增强企业责任心。
This paper introduced the quality metrics and principles of food additives, and then illustrated the use of food additives in the problems and risks, and finally put forward the correct use of food additives to ensure food safety measures, namely, strengthen the construction of laws and regulations and supervision and management, improve consumer awareness, enhance their sense of responsibility.
