摘要
本研究依照GB/T23379-2009,用乙腈超声提取,提取溶液经过净化,基于高效液相色谱法(HPLC)进行快速检测。结果表明:最理想的色谱分析条件:色谱柱温度为30℃,流动相为甲醇∶水=70∶30(V/V),检测波长为270 nm,流动相流速为0.4 mL/min。该方法定量检出最小限度为0.05 mg/kg,标准曲线相关系数为0.999 2。因此,超声波辅助提取结合高效液相色谱技术是一个准确、迅速、灵敏度强的检测方法,可为果蔬中吡虫啉残留的快速检测做技术支撑。
The ultrasonic assisted extraction method combined with high performance liquid chromatography method was for the determination of imidacloprid residues in micromalus. This research adopted the improved GB/T23379-2009 method, extraction with acetonitrile ultrasonic extract by amino solid phase extraction column purification, was detected. The results showed that the measurement resulted of the optimal chromatographic conditions for HPLC, column temperature was 30 ℃ , mobile phase was methanol ∶ water = 70 ∶ 30, (V/V), detection wavelength was 270 nm, flow rate was 0.4 mL/min. The minimum limit of this method is 0.05 mg/kg, the correlation coefficient of the standard curve is 0.999 2. Therefore, ultrasonic assisted extraction combined with HPLC would be an accurate, rapid, high sensitivity detection method, and provide technical support for the detection of method of imidacloprid residue in fruits and vegetables products.
