本文首先说明食品微生物的概念及检测内容,然后阐述几种食品微生物的检测方法,如电阻抗法、分子生物技术、指示剂方法,最后提出食品微生物的质控途径,即规范检测人员的行为、按照规定标准进行食品保存与运输、检测过程需要详细准确记录。

This paper first explained the concept and content of food microorganism detection, and then discussed several detection methods of food microorganism, such as resistance method, molecular biological technology, finally put forward the indicator method, quality control approach of food microbiology, namely standard testing personnel behavior, in accordance with the provisions of standards for food preservation and transportation, detection process requires detailed and accurate records.
