摘要
用高效液相色谱法对食品添加剂苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠的含量进行了测定,并对其加标回收率及精密度进行分析,以验证实验的可行性。
The contents of benzoic acid, sorbic acid and saccharin sodium in food additives were determined by high performance liquid chromatography, and the recovery and precision of their addition were analyzed to verify the feasibility of the experiment.
