摘要
本文采用农业部的行业标准NY/T 1380-2007《蔬菜、水果中51种农药多残留的测定气相色谱-质谱法》,采用较具代表性的大白菜作为样品基质,共对41种农药的残留量进行了测定。文中具体描述了实验中标准溶液、试剂溶液的配制,仪器的具体设置参数,样品前处理的具体过程,并按照国家标准GB/T 27404-2008《实验室质量控制规范食品理化检测》中规定的方法操作,选用四个浓度点进行四水平加标,每个点做6个平行,记录第一手的实验数据,对加标回收率及精密度进行计算分析,以验证实验的可行性。
