摘要
教育是一种德性实践,作为教育活动重要参与者的教师,其活动更应是一种德性实践。我国教师有着良好的德性传统,然而受多元价值观念的冲击和工具理性的影响,师德不断滑坡。面对师德滑坡的现状,道德规范作为外部手段能起到一定的约束作用,但无法从根本上促进教师的道德成长,教师德性才是促进教师追求高尚品质和行为内在的决定性因素。
Education is a kind of moral practice. For the teachers as an important participants, their activities should be a kindof virtue practice. Teachers in China have a good virtue tradition. However, affected by the impact of diverse values and instrumentalrationality,Teachers, morality has a trend of decline. Facing the present situation, teacher ethics can play a role in certain constxaints,but not promote teachers * moral development fundamentally. Teachers * virtue is the key to promote teachers * pursuit ofnoble quality and behavior of the intrinsic decisive.
