Pim1蛋白在食管不同病变组织中的表达及临床意义

Expression of Pim1 protein in variant lesions of esophagus and its clinical significance

目的探讨食管不同病变组织中Pim1蛋白表达及其与食管癌患者临床病理参数的关系。方法收集2009年1月至2016年3月在新乡医学院第三附属医院行食管内镜检查的食管活检组织标本182例,其中正常鳞状上皮组织37例、低级别上皮内瘤变组织43例、高级别上皮内瘤变组织31例、食管鳞状细胞癌组织71例。采用免疫组织化学法检测食管组织中Pim1蛋白的表达,并分析Pim1蛋白表达与食管鳞状细胞癌患者临床病理参数的相关性。结果食管正常鳞状上皮、低级别上皮内瘤变、高级别上皮内瘤变及鳞状细胞癌组织中Pim1蛋白高表达率分别为24.3%(9/37)、62.8%(27/43)、70.9%(22/31)、76.1%(54/71)。食管低级别上皮内瘤变、高级别上皮内瘤变、鳞状细胞癌组织中Pim1高表达率显著高于食管正常鳞状上皮(χ2=11.89、14.79、26.70,P<0.05),食癌低级别上皮内瘤变、高级别上皮内瘤变及鳞状细胞癌组织中Pim1蛋白高表达率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Pim1蛋白表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关(P<0.05),与患者的年龄、组织学分级无关(P>0.05)。结论 Pim1蛋白表达与食管癌的发生、发展密切相关。

Objective To study the expression of Pim1 protein in variant lesions of esophagus and its correlation with the clinicopathological parameters of esophageal cancer patients. Methods The esophageal biopsy specimens of 182 cases,including 37 cases of normal squamous epithelium,43 cases of low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia,31 cases of high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia,71 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were collected in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University From January 2009 to March 2016. The expression of Pim1 protein in all esophageal tissues was detected by immunohistochemical method,and the correlation between Pim1 protein expression and clinicopathological parameters of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients was analyzed. Results The higher expression rate of Pim1 protein in esophageal normal squamous epithelium,low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia,high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was 24. 3%( 9/37),62. 8%( 27/43),70. 9%( 22/31),and 76. 1%( 54/71),respectively. The higher expression rate of Pim1 protein in the tissue of low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia,high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was significanlty higher than that in the esophageal normal squamous epithelium( χ2= 11. 89,14. 79,26. 70; P < 0. 05); there was no statistic difference of the higher expression rate of Pim1 protein in the tissue of low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia,high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma( P > 0. 05). The expression of Pim1 protein was significantly positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage( P < 0. 05),but not correlated with age and histological grade of patients( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The expression of Pim1 protein is closely related to the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer.
