摘要
预算绩效管理工作从2012年开始在全国范围内广泛实施。绩效目标管理作为预算绩效管理的关键,在整个预算绩效管理中起着重要的基础作用。本文结合近年来的实际工作,尝试对现有绩效目标管理工作存在的问题提出一些具体建议,希望对此项重点改革工作有所帮助。
Since 2012, budget performance management has been implemented widely in the nationwide. Performance objectives as the leader of the budget performance management play an important and basic role in theentire budget performance management. Combined with practical experience in recent years, this thesis tries togive some concrete suggestions on current performance target management which faces some problems, hope tohelp the reform in key areas.
