马铃薯作为我国四大粮食作物之一,有着大面积的种植;马铃薯产业也是保障我国粮食产业安全和社会经济稳定的重要内容;马铃薯的大量生产也促进了我国马铃薯产业的升级和改革,在生产、消费和加工方面也将会不断改进和完善。但是,马铃薯在发展的过程中,如种植和机械化生产方面还存在问题。本文将从马铃薯食品的开发现状和发展进行分析和阐述,结合当前国际上的经验,针对问题提出相应的措施。

As one of China＇s four major grain crops, potato has a large area of planting, the potato industry is the important content of China＇s food industry security and the social economic stability, the mass production of potato has promoted the potato industry upgrade and reform in our country, in terms of production, consumption and processing will also continue to improve and perfect. But the potato emerge a series of problems in the process of development, there are problems in planting and mechanized production. This paper from the aspects of development present situation and development of potato food were analyzed and expounded, combined with the current international experience, to improve continuously, the corresponding measures were put forward.
