摘要
本文立足技工院校学生特点,并结合广东省南方技师学院进行食品微生物检验一体化教学的实践,重点论述如何在技工院校构建食品微生物检验一体化课程。
This paper was based on the mechanic characteristics of technical colleges students, and combined with the university to carry out food microorganism inspection of the integration of teaching practice, discussed how to build an integrated food microbiological test course in technical colleges.
