摘要
本文首先对羽扇豆的起源与分类进行简单介绍,并通过对羽扇豆营养价值的分析,以及羽扇豆在预拌粉中的应用,说明羽扇豆在食品开发中的应用,希望对羽扇豆的相关研究与应用有一定的帮助。
The origin and classification of lupin were briefly introduced in this paper. Based on the analysis of the nutritional value of lupin, and the application of lupin in the premixed powder, the development and application of lupin in food were carried out, hoping that it would be helpful to the research and application of lupin.
