摘要
目的:为了得到人参多糖功能饮料配方。方法:单因素实验和正交试验方法。结果:人参多糖功能饮料的最佳配方为人参多糖浸提液添加量4 mL,枸杞添加量2.5 g,菊花添加量1.5 g,蜂蜜添加量2 g。结论:此饮料属于营养素饮料中的多糖饮料,含有丰富的膳食纤维,可以调节肠胃,饭前和饭后均可饮用,可帮助消化,排出体内毒素,帮助预防和治疗便秘。
Objective: To obtain the formula of ginseng polysaccharide functional beverage. Method: Single factor experiment and orthogonal test method. Results: The best formula of ginseng polysaccharide functional beverage was 4 mL, 2.5 g of Chinese wolfberry, 1.5 g for chrysanthemum and 2 g for honey. Conclusion: This beverage belongs to the nutritional beverage of polysaccharide beverage, rich in dietary fiber, can regulate the stomach before meals and after a meal, can drink, can help digestion, excretion of toxins in the body, which can assist in the prevention and treatment of constipation.
