摘要
本文选取丰镇市有特点的月饼品种,深入研究其生产工艺,充分了解丰镇月饼的优势和不足,以更好地促进丰镇市地方特色美食——月饼的发展。
In this paper, the varieties of the moon cakes with characteristics in Fengzhen were selected, to make a thorough study of its production process and fully understand the advantages and disadvantages, to better promote the local special food moon cakes in Fengzhen.
