教康结合视角下特殊教育本科生职业能力发展路径研究

摘要 教康结合是特殊教育发展的必然趋势,是特殊教育师资培养理念的重要依托。文章以教康结合理念为基点探究特殊教育学校教师的职业能力表征,从教育教学能力、康复训练能力、心理辅导能力三大职业能力出发提出当前特殊教育专业本科生的职业能力发展路径:高等学校——特殊学校联动;康复机构——家庭跟踪协作;心理咨询——自我提升并举。 Education-rehabilitation integration is an inevitable trend of special education development, and vital basis of cultivation conception for teachers engaging in special education. The paper aims to study vocational ability characterization of students in special education schools based upon concept of education-rehabilitation integration. Vocational ability development of the undergraduates majoring in special education from the perspective of education and teaching ability, rehabilitation training ability and psychological counseling ability: interaction between colleges and universities and special school; follow-up and collaboration between rehabilitation agencies and family; psychological counseling and simultaneous self-improvement together.
