摘要 上海郊区镇村存量集体建设用地异地集中,有助于村庄中的村企混住环境的改善,有助于城中村和"三高"沿线等环境敏感区居住环境改善,也有助于集体经济进一步转型,发展"以地生财"的集体物业型经济,巩固和增加集体资产分配。同时,上海郊区2/3左右宅基地异地集中和节约用地的市场化开发,也可大大提高农民相应的财产权。 The stock collective construction land of the village of Shanghai suburb town is concentrated,which it is helpful to improve the living environment of village enterprises in villages and to improve the environment of the urban villages and the ^three high〉? areas,which will also contribute to the further transformation of collective economy and the development of the collective property economy of “land and money”,and consolidate and increase the distribution of collective assets. At the same time? two thirds of the residential land in the suburbs of Shanghai and the market -oriented development of land conservation can greatly improve the property rights of farmers.
