艾灸对改善老年慢性疾病患者中医症候的临床观察

Clinical observation of moxibustion on improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in elderly patients with chronic diseases

目的观察艾灸对老年慢性疾病患者中医症候的改善情况。方法选择在重庆市中医院住院治疗并患有肝硬化腹水、慢性肾衰竭、糖尿病、中风的老年患者共322例,每种疾病患者均随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组予相应疾病的常规调护治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用艾灸调护治疗。各组均治疗2周后统计疗效,比较各组治疗前后中医症候评分变化情况。结果 2组肝硬化腹水患者治疗后中医症候总分与本组治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后中医症候总分低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05);2组慢性肾衰竭患者治疗后中医症候总分与本组治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后中医症候总分与对照组治疗后相当(P>0.05);2组糖尿病患者治疗后中医症候总分与本组治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后中医症候总分与对照组治疗后相当(P>0.05);2组中风患者治疗后中医症候总分与本组治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后中医症候总分低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论艾灸能有效改善老年肝硬化腹水及中风患者的中医症候表现,提升患者生活质量,但对老年慢性肾衰竭及糖尿患者中医症候改善不明显。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of moxibustion on improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods 322 elderly patients who were hospitalized in Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and had cirrhotic ascites,chronic renal failure,diabetes,and stroke were selected.All patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group were treated by conventional nursing treatment of the corresponding disease,and the treatment group were treated by moxibustion on the basis of control group treatment.The clinical effect was evaluated after two weeks of treatment and the changes of TCM symptoms scores before and after treatment were compared.Results The total scores of TCM symptoms of patients with cirrhotic ascites after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P <0.05) in two groups,and the scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group after treatment were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P < 0.05).The total scores of TCM symptoms in patients with chronic renal failure after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment in two groups(P < 0.05).The total scores of TCM symptoms after treatment in the treatment group were similar to those in the control group after treatment(P > 0.05).The total scores of TCM symptoms in patients with diabetes after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment in two groups(P < 0.05) and the total scores of TCM symptoms after treatment in the treatment group were similar to those in the control group after treatment(P > 0.05).The total scores of TCM symptoms of patients with stroke after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups(P < 0.05),and the scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group after treatment were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion can effectively improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in elderly patients with cirrhosis and ascites,and improve the quality of life of patients,but it has no obvious improvement on TCM symptoms in elderly patients with chronic renal failure and diabetes.
