摘要
对某CaF_2品位30.70%的低品位难选萤石矿进行了浮选试验研究。以碳酸钠为调整剂、Na_2SiO_3为抑制剂、CM-10为捕收剂,采用中矿集中处理方式代替中矿依次返回方式,得到了CaF_2品位98.03%、回收率48.73%的萤石精矿和CaF_2品位93.46%、回收率29.59%的萤石次精矿。
Flotation tests on a refractory lean fluorite ore with CaF2 content of 30.70% were conducted.Na2CO3,Na2SiO3 and CM-10 were used respectively as regulator,depressant and collector.Instead of adopting the sequential return approach,the middlings were mixed and processed together.As a result,a fluorite concentrate with CaF2 content and recovery of 98.03% and 48.73%,and a secondary fluorite concentrate with CaF2 content and recovery of 93.46%and 29.59%,respectively,were prepared.
