摘要
对湖北某铁矿中极低品位伴生铜硫进行了综合回收研究。采用铜硫混浮-铜硫分离-中矿集中脱泥流程,闭路试验可以获得产率0.08%、Cu品位16.55%、回收率67.31%的铜精矿以及产率7.06%、S品位49.10%、回收率62.51%的硫精矿。通过铜、硫的综合回收,为矿山带来新的经济效益和社会效益。
Comprehensive recovering of ultra-lean copper and sulfur minerals associated in an iron ore from Hubei province was investigated.A closed-circuit test,adopting a flowsheet consisting of Cu-S bulk flotation,Cu-S separation,and merged middlings desliming,produced a copper concentrate approaching 16.55% Cu grade at 67.31% recovery with a yield of 0.08%,and a sulfur concentrate at 49.10% S grade at 62.51% recovery with a yield of 7.06%.New economic and social benefits can be generated from the comprehensive recovery of copper and sulfur.
