湖南某高钙贫菱锰矿浸出实验研究

摘要 对湖南某高钙贫菱锰矿进行了浸出实验研究,考察了酸矿质量比、温度、时间和矿物粒度对矿石浸出的影响。结果表明,在酸矿比0.68、浸出温度50℃、浸出时间5 h、矿物粒度-150μm时,矿石中锰浸出率达到93%左右;控制浸出液pH值为6.4,通空气氧化除铁2 h,SDD和硫化铵用量分别为矿石中金属锰质量的1.5%和0.5%时,溶液中铁和重金属杂质含量均可降至1 mg/L以下,符合电解锰合格液要求。 A leaching test was conducted with a high-calcium and low-grade rhodochrosite from Hunan province,in which effects of mass ratio of acid to ilmenite,leaching temperature,retention time and mineral grain size on leaching of rhodochrosite were explored.Results showed that a 5 h-leaching process at 50 ℃ with the mass ratio of acid to ilmenite at 0.68 and particle size of-150 μm,resulted in the manganese leaching rate around 93%.By controlling the pH value of lixivium at 6.4,adding SDD and(NH4)2S at an amount of 1.5% and 0.5% of manganese in the ore by mass,respectively,the concentrations of both iron and heavy metal impurities in the solution were decreased to less than 1 mg/L,up to the standard for electrolytic manganese.
