摘要
针对铁品位32.79%、磁性率(FeO/TFe)5.49%的固阳难选褐铁矿,进行了回转窑磁化焙烧-磁选扩大实验。采用SEM和XRD对原矿物性结构及成分以及磁化焙烧过程中的物相演变进行了分析。通过单因素实验和正交实验确定了最佳工艺指标以及不同因素对实验结果的影响程度。结果表明,原矿在焙烧温度750℃、配煤量7%、焙烧时间40 min条件下焙烧,所得焙烧矿通过阶段磨矿、阶段磁选可获得铁品位61.62%、铁回收率82.54%的铁精矿。
An expanded experiment was conducted for refractory limonite grading 32.79% Fe with a FeO/TFe ratio at 5.49% from Guyang city by using a process consisting of magnetizing roasting in a rotary kiln and magnetic separation.The phase structure and compositions of minerals and mineral phase variation during the magnetizing roasting process were analyzed with SEM and XRD.A single factor test and an orthogonal test were conducted for determining the optimum process conditions and investigating effects of different factors on test results.It is shown that the obtained roasted ore,which was obtained from a roasting process at 750 ℃ for 40 min by adding 7% of coal,was subjected to staged grinding and staged magnetic separation,resulting in an iron concentrate grading 61.62% Fe at a recovery of 82.54%.
