从闪速炉渣中回收铜、钼试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用浮选法对某闪速炉渣进行了回收渣中铜、钼硫化物的试验研究,考察了矿浆pH值、磨矿细度及各药剂用量对铜、钼品位及回收率的影响。结果表明,在-0.074 mm粒级占90%、pH=9、Na_2S用量200 g/t、黄药用量150 g/t、煤油用量180 g/t,2#油用量120g/t的条件下,通过一粗二扫三精闭路浮选流程可获得品位34.80%、回收率85.70%的铜精矿和品位1.90%、回收率40.70%的钼精矿。 Experimental study was conducted on flotation recovery of copper and molybdenum sulfide from flash furnace slag,with the influence of pulp pH value,grinding fineness and dosage of reagents on grade and recovery of copper and molybdenum concentrates investigated. The results show that,with processing parameters including pH = 9,grinding fineness of -0. 074 mm 90%,dosage of 200,150,180 and 120 g/t for Na2S,butyl xanthate,kerosene and pine oil,respectively,a closed-circuit flowsheet with one-roughing,two-scavenging and three-cleaning resulted in a copper concentrate with Cu grade of 34. 80% at a recovery of 85. 70% and a molybdenum concentrate with Mo grade of 1. 90%at a recovery of 40. 70%.
