摘要
针对黄金冶炼水洗除尘酸泥进行了回收汞和硒的研究。采用浸出、置换、沉淀的方法从酸泥中回收汞,通过酸化沉淀酸洗除杂回收硒。考察了Na_2S用量、浸出时间、浸出次数和铝粉用量对汞回收效果的影响,结果表明,最佳试验条件为:Na_2S浓度100 g/L,浸出时间2 h,浸出次数2次,铝粉用量2.68~4.12 g/gHg。试验得到汞总回收率91.87%,硒总回收率99%。
Research on the recovery of mercury and selenium from acid mud after wet dust collecting process in gold smelt was conducted. Processes of leaching,displacement and precipitation were adopted to recover mercury from the acid mud,while selenium was recovered by acidization-precipitation and impurity removal by acid washing. Effects of Na2S dosage,the duration and times of leaching,as well as dosage of aluminum powder on the mercury recovery were investigated. It is found that experiments with the optimal conditions,including Na2S concentration at 100 g/L,2-h leaching for 2 times and aluminum powder at the dosage of 2. 68 - 4. 12 g/gHg,resulted in the total recovery rate of mercury and selenium at 91. 87% and 99%,respectively.
