摘要
针对微细粒磁赤混合铁精矿滤饼含水率偏高的情况,对比研究了助滤剂CYG-4和硫酸的助滤性能,结果表明,CYG-4和硫酸都能显著降低磁赤混合铁精矿滤饼含水率,CYG-4具有比硫酸更优的助滤性能,完全可以替代硫酸使用。
Aiming at problem of high moisture content in filter cake of a micro-fine mixed concentrate of magnetite and hematite,the effect of developed filter aid of CYG-4 was compared with that of sulfuric acid. It is found that both CYG-4 and sulfuric acid can reduce significantly the moisture content of the mixed concentrate,but filter aid of CYG-4 shows better performance and can absolutely be used as a substitute of the latter.
