摘要
采用宏观实物观察、色度分析、电镜观察和电化学实验等手段,探究了QBe2铍青铜带表面氧化膜结构和有机酸清洗剂的清洗效果。结果表明,草酸浓度为7%的有机酸清洗剂对QBe2铍青铜带表面氧化膜具有较好的清洗效果,可以达到甚至优于现有无机酸清洗剂。草酸协同表面活性剂和螯合剂,一方面减小了带材表面的表面张力,清洗剂表现出良好的润湿效果,从而更好地渗入氧化膜缝隙中;另一方面,生成络合物,脱离反应区,加速草酸与氧化物的溶解反应。
Based on investigation of the oxidation film on QBe2 beryllium-copper sheet by using physical observation,chroma analysis,scanning electron microscope and electrochemistry experiments,effect of an organic acid cleaning agent on the cleaning of the oxidation film was explored. It is shown that an organic acid agent with 7% oxalic acid has the best cleaning effect for the oxidation film on QBe2 beryllium-copper sheet,even superior to the existing inorganic acid agents.Because oxalic acid cooperating with surfactant and chelator can reduce the surface tension,the cleaning agent exhibits good surface wettability and is prone to penetrating into the apertures of the oxidation film. Furthermore,the generated complexes being separated from the reaction zone,can also accelerate the dissolution of oxides in oxalic acid.
