摘要
血栓栓塞是心房颤动最严重的并发症。经皮左心耳封堵术是将心房颤动中形成血栓的主要场所(左心耳)介入性封堵,从而降低心房颤动患者由于血栓栓塞事件的发生率。射频导管消融术则是将电极导管经血管送至心脏特定部位,释放消融电流使局部心内膜及内膜下部分心肌局限性坏死,从而阻断引起心房颤动的起源点及异常折返回路。现回顾及总结近年来左心耳封堵术及射频导管消融术对心房颤动缺血性卒中预防的研究,从而探讨两种治疗方法在脑卒中预防中的优势及应用前景。
Thrombosis is the most serious complication of atrial fibrillation. Percutaneous left atrial appendage closure plugs interventionally the main site for the formation of thrombus in atrial fibrillation (left atrial appendage) , thus reducing the incidence of thromboembolic events in patients with atrial fibrillation. Radiofrequency ablation is the following;the delivery of the catheter through blood vessels to specific parts of the heart and the release of ablation to current local endocardium and endometrial myocardium localized necrosis, thereby,blocking the origin of atrial origin and abnormal fold-back circuit. This paper reviews and summarizes recent studies on the prevention of ischemic stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation by radiofrequency ablation and radiofrequency ablation. The advantages and prospects of the two treatment methods for stroke prevention are discussed and compared.
