摘要 目前人们普遍认为微血管心绞痛与内皮功能障碍和炎症反应密切相关,内皮细胞特异分子-1是一种硫酸皮肤素黏蛋白,主要在人类内皮细胞中表达,存在于正常个体的血液中,参与血管内皮功能的调节、炎症反应以及肿瘤形成等过程,与心血管疾病的发生、发展有密切的联系,对于心血管疾病的预测具有重要作用,有可能成为微血管心绞痛治疗的新靶点。现主要将内皮细胞特异分子-1与微血管心绞痛的研究做一概述。 At present,it is widely believed that microvascular angina is closely associated with endothel ial dysfunct ion and nflammation. Endothelial cell specific molecule-1 is a kind of dermatan sulfate mucoprotein,which is mainly expressed in human endothelial ells and exists in normal individuals, blood,participating in the regulation of endothelial function,inflammation and the formation of tumors. Endothelial cell specific molecule-1 is closely linked with the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease, playing an important role n projecting potential cardiovascular disease,which may become the new target for the treatment of microvascular angina. This overview is mainly about the relationship between endothelial cell specific molecule-1 and microvascular angina.
