摘要
针对碳含量15.02%、V_2O_5含量0.928%的某石煤钒矿进行了降低其中碳含量的浮选工艺研究。经浮选处理,可将石煤钒矿中碳含量降至5.74%,V_2O_5含量富集到1.351%,V_2O_5回收率达到67.05%。研究结果为石煤钒矿中碳含量高、严重制约生产的瓶颈问题找到了解决办法,具有很好的推广价值。
Flotation approach was introduced to reduce the carbon content in a vanadium-bearing stone coal with carbon content of 15. 02% and V_2O_5 content of 0. 928%. After flotation processes,the carbon content was reduced to 5. 74%while the V_2O_5 content was enriched to 1. 351% at a V_2O_5 recovery of 67. 05%. It is concluded that this measure can solve the bottleneck problem of high carbon content in stone coal,which has restricted the production,and is worthy of further promotion.
