摘要
混凝土的孔隙率对其宏观力学性能及耐久性有较大影响,准确测定混凝土孔隙率对分析混凝土的宏观力学性能至关重要。文章通过调研分析、理论推导、对比试验等手段,对混凝土孔隙率的测定方法及孔隙率测定时的混凝土试块尺寸选择方法进行了系统研究。基于调研分析及理论推导,提出了基于混凝土饱水试验的混凝土孔隙率测定方法,推导了饱水法测定混凝土孔隙率的计算公式,并建立了相应的试验步骤。基于饱水法、通过采用不同尺寸的混凝土试块测定混凝土孔隙率的对比试验,获取了不同试块尺寸对混凝土孔隙率测定结果的影响,基于试验的可操作性、方便性及与常规试验规定的统一性,建议了基于饱水法测定混凝土孔隙率的最优化试块尺寸。研究对推动混凝土孔隙率测定方法的进步与标准化具有积极作用。
The pore porosity has a great influence to the macro-mechanical parameters of concrete,and accurate determination of concrete pore porosity is important for analyzing the macro-mechanical properties of concrete.The study on the testing method for concrete pore porosity measuring and the optimal size of test specimen was carried out in this paper. Based on the research analysis and theoretical derivation,the testing method for concrete pore porosity measuring was proposed using the water displacement method,and the calculation formula of concrete pore porosity was established for water displacement method. Meanwhile,the details of test procedures were provided. Based on the comparison testing of concrete pore porosity using different concrete block sizes with the water displacement method,the influence to testing results of concrete pore porosity caused by different sizes of concrete block was gotten. Based on experimental maneuverability,convenience,and the unity of the conventional concrete test,the optimal size of test specimen for concrete pore porosity measuring with the water displacement method was proposed. This study will play a positive role to promote progress and standardization of concrete pore porosity determination method.
