摘要
静载试验是目前国家法定的唯一直接进行工程桩基、地基承载力测试的方法,其检测结果直接影响工程建设质量,与工程和人身安全息息相关。目前桩基静载仪的行业标准已滞后老化,难以适用于新型检测设备,亟待修编。文章介绍了标准修编的原则,修编的主要内容,重点分析了荷载通道、位移通道两项技术内容,并改进了相应的实验设备,增加了对压力传感器的测试方法。标准修编为现代桩基静载仪计量检测奠定了良好的技术基础。
Static load test is the only statutory method accepted in China,which is applied directly to bearing capacity test of pile foundation and foundation soil. The test results directly affect the quality of engineering construction,and the results are closely related to engineering and personal safety. At present,the industry standard of pile static load instrument has lagged behind,so it is difficult to apply to the new testing equipment. The standard requires immediate revision. In this paper,the principle of standard revision and its main content were introduced.Two technical contents including the load channel and the displacement channel were specially analyzed. The corresponding experimental equipment was improved,and the test method of pressure sensor was added. The revision of standards for technology has laid a good foundation of static measuring instrument in modern pile foundation.
