装配式建筑监管指标体系有效性评价

Assessment of effectiveness of prefabricated building supervision indicator system

在《基于政策文本分析的装配式建筑监管指标初探》一文中,建立了一套针对各地区政策达成情况和装配式建筑发展水平的监管指标体系。但是,上述装配式建筑监管指标体系的有效性尚未得到验证。为此采用独立性、全面性、简约性、科学性、层次性等5个评判指标,利用模糊综合评判法建立了有效性评判矩阵,并代入专家打分数据,最后得出模糊综合评判结果,实现了该套装配式监管指标体系有效性的评判。

This paper set up a supervision indicator system based on the achievement of regional policies and the development level of prefabricated buildings in the part of Preliminary Study on Supervision Indicator of Prefabricated Building Based on Policy Text Analysis. However,the effectiveness of prefabricated building supervision indicator system has not been verified. For this purpose,the paper adopts 5 evaluation indicators including independent,comprehensive,simple,scientific and levels,establishes effective evaluation matrix using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and substitutes data through expert scoring method. Finally obtains the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,realizing the evaluation of effectiveness of the supervision indicator system of prefabricated building.
