摘要
投产排序问题在混流线中具有极其重要的地位。以A汽车制造企业为研究对象,对A企业投产顺序进行了分析,创立了混流装配线投产排序的数学模型,并应用目标追随法求解排产模型,得到该企业某天的装配线进行投产的顺序,为企业带来特定的生产效益,同时为其他企业的生产提供借鉴。
Sequencing problem of production is the key problem of mixed flow assembly line. Taking A automobile manufacturing enterprise as the research object,the sequence of A enterprises was analyzed. A mathematical model for the sequencing of the mixed flow assembly line is set up,application of target following method to solve production model,get the order of a day's assembly line to be put into production. Bring a certain production benefit for the enterprise,at the same time,it provides reference for the production of other enterprises.
