对当前工程设备管理工作项目成本管控造成的影响作用进行科学探讨,分析了施工机械购置与控制施工成本之间的关系,进而根据现有的建设单位工程设备管理情况,提出了优化工程设备管理、提升成本控制效率的策略,以期使工程建设单位在成本和效益间获得双赢,希望对成本控制部门有一定的借鉴意义。

In this article the author through to the current engineering equipment management work of project cost control science,this paper discusses the impact of the role,the analysis of the construction machinery purchase and the relationship between the control of construction cost,and according to the construction unit of the existing engineering equipment management situation,puts forward the optimization of engineering equipment management,improve the efficiency of the cost control strategy,in order to make the project construction unit gain win-win between the costs and benefits,hope to have certain reference significance for cost control department.
