高温电磁探伤传感器优化设计与应用

摘要 为了提高电磁探伤测井仪耐温性能指标,设计了一种耐高温电磁探伤传感器。该设计是通过优选耐高温铁芯材料,改进线圈设计参数等方式,改善电磁探伤传感器在高温环境下磁导率降低的问题。通过深井实测,检验了高温电磁探伤传感器耐温性能,该设计能够满足高温电磁探伤测井仪的研发和制造要求。 In order to improve the temperature resistance index of the electromagnetic defect detection logging tool, a kind of high temperature electromagnetic sensor is designed by optimizing the high temperature iron-core material and improving the design parameters of coils. This design improves the permeability of electromagnetic defect detection sensors in high temperature environment. The new sensor can workwell under high temperature environment of deep oil-well. So the new design can meet the R & D and manufacturing requirements of thehigh temperature electromagnetic defect detection logging tool.
