摘要
对HXD30-1井套管钻塞遇阻事故进行了调查研究,对钻水泥塞过程中钻头等损坏形貌进行了分析,依据钻头形貌确定了套管失效形式。对导致钻塞遇阻的各种因素逐一进行了排查,认为套管变形导致钻塞遇阻。对套管失效时间进行了分析,认为在正注水泥之后、钻塞之前,套管已经变形。通过对套管受力情况进行计算,对套管变形原因全面分析,认为套管变形不但与井壁垮塌、井径变大和井漏有关,而且与套管强度偏低有关。
The investigation on accident of drilling hard trip in Well HXD30-1 was done. The casing failure form was found per analyzing the failure bit morphology. It was considered that the casing failure resulted in the drilling cement plug resistance. It was to say that the casing failure before drilling cement plug and behind positive injection cement through analyzing casing failure form and time. It was considered that casing deformation was not only related to the well wall collaped, hole enlargement, and lost circulation, but also related to not enough strength of the casing by calculating the load bom on the casing in cementing process,and analyzing on cause of casing deformation.
