摘要
通过对筛管保护套的断口进行宏微观察和微观分析,对保护套材质进行理化性能检验,采用有限元模拟方法对筛管保护套破裂失效的原因进行了分析。结果表明,筛管油泥堵死是导致保护套在内压作用下韧性破裂的原因。
Macroscopic and microscopic analysis was done for fracture of screen shroud. Material5 s physical and chemical properties were checked for screen shroud. The inner pressure simulating test based on finite element was done for screen shroud. The results showed thatoil sludge lead to screen shroud rupture under high inner pressure.
