小排量防反吐同心配水器的试制与应用

摘要 由于偏心注水测调系统在深井、大斜度井、多层分注井及采出水回注井中存在偏心水嘴打捞困难、对接成功率低、反复作业、易堵塞,偏心测调仪遇阻率高,测调成功率和工艺整体效率低等问题,不能满足油田高效、精细化注水要求。小排量防反吐同心配水器是针对偏心注水工艺存在问题而推出的同心注水工艺中一种取代偏心配水器和偏心水嘴而设计的新一代配水器。该配水器具有较大的桥式过流通道满足多层注水要求,同心对接方式对接成功率高,一体化无级调节水嘴结构设计操作流程简单,防反吐结构功能设计可有效的改善油管内注水环境。该配水器在长庆油田、克拉玛依油田、华北油田、大港油田进行了推广使用,使用效果良好,实验对接成功率100%,一次测试调节成功率90%以上,平均单井测调时间为8 h,实践表明该配水器具有极大的市场推广价值。 In the deep wells, large gradient wells, multi-layer injection wells and recovery of water injection wells, the eccentric nozzle is difficult to salvage in the eccentric water injection system, and the docking success rate is low, the repeated operations are needed, it is easy to plug, the eccentric measuring instrument resistance is high, the measured success rate and the overall efficiency of the process are low, which can not meet the oil field efficiency and the fine water requirements. The small displacement anti-backflow concentric water dis-tributor is the new generation of water distributor designed to replace the eccentric water distributor and eccentric nozzle with concentric wa-ter injection technology. The water distributor has a large bridge eccentric water channel to meet the requirements of multi-layer water injec-tion. The water distributor adopts the concentric docking method, and the docking success rate is high. It is simple to design and operate the water nozzle structure without stage. Anti-backflow structure design can effectively improve the tubing water injection environment. The water distributors are used with good results in the Changqing Oilfield, Karamay Oilfield, North China Oilfield, Dagang Oilfield, the experimental docking success rate is 100% , a test adjustment success rate is more than 90% , the average single well measurement time is 8 hours. The practice shows that the water separator has a great market value.
