试析薄壁曲面铝合金折叠器数控加工难点与解决方法 被引量:2

摘要 近代工业的发展中,材料的质量、重量、使用周期、工艺效果等都成为现代工业施工开展的重要参考和发展方向。但在实际的薄壁曲面铝合金折叠器数控操作过程中,因其数控操作技术和人员操作经验的不同,使得对薄壁曲面铝合金加工技术和工艺在对应生产环节的加工和运用时出现不相等的问题;即相关的加工工艺中,折叠器即易出现材料整体的变形,此次就工业制造里的薄壁曲面铝合金折叠器数控加工难点和对应的解决方法措施进行对应的分析和探究。在相关的实际的操作流程和运用工具的运转中,在实际的铝合金折叠器工艺加工流程、程序编程、夹具优化、刀具选择及切削参数的实际实验过程中,在有效降低生产时的变形过程中,保证数控加工的效率和进度。 In the development of modern industry, the quality, weight, service cycle and technological effect of materials have be-come the important reference and development direction of modern industrial construction. But in the actual thin-walled curved alu-minum alloy folding machine CNC (computer numerical control) operation process, its operation technology and personnel operation ex-perience are different, so the processing technology and process of thin-walled curved aluminum alloy are not equal in the process and application of corresponding production links. That is, in the related processing technology, the folding device is prone to the de-formation of the whole material. In this paper, CNC machining difficulties and corresponding solutions in industrial manufacture of thin-walled curved aluminum alloy folding machine are analyzed and explored. In the relevant practical operation flow and the opera-tion of the tools, the actual process of aluminum alloy folding machine processing process, program programming, fixture optimization, tool selection and cutting parameters of the actual experimental process as well as the process of effectively reducing the deformation in production, the efficiency and progress of CNC machining are to be ensured.
