煤矿通风安全影响因素及防范措施的研究

随着社会的发展,重视安全生产工作的不断加大。就煤矿来说,是确保我国能源安全和社会经济发展的关键性行业,其生产必须严格的按照我国当前的安全生产要求来开展。在众多确保煤矿生产安全的方式中,煤矿通风能够大幅提高煤矿生产安全系数的活动。所以,煤矿企业必须高度重视和关注自身通风安全的建设,制定出具有针对性的、科学的通风安全措施,来维护自身井下作业人员的人身安全和设施设备的财产安全,提高企业的经济效益和社会效益,维护煤矿企业持续、健康和稳定的运作。文章基于作者的实际工作经验,首先对煤矿企业开展通风安全工作的重要性进行了相应的论述,然后,分析了影响煤矿通风安全的相关影响因素,即环境因素,主要包括瓦斯因素和温度因素;人为因素,主要是作业人员未能充分认识到通风安全的重要性,以及作业人员专业能力水平相对较低等;设备因素等。在此基础上,作者提出了相应的防范措施,主要包括提高环境管理的力度、提高人员管理的能力和水平、提高设备管理工作的水平以及注重安全计划的规划和实施等,以此来提升煤矿作业通风安全的能力和水平。

With the development of society, more attention is paid to the work of safety in production. As far as the coal mine is concerned, it is the key industry to ensure the energy security and social economic development of our country, and its production must be carried out strictly in accordance with the current requirements of our country for safety production. In many ways to ensure the safety of coal mine production, coal mine ventilation can greatly improve the safety coefficient of coal production activities. There-fore, coal mining enterprises must attach great importance to and pay attention to their ventilation safety construction, and formulate targeted and scientific ventilation safety measures, so as to maintain personal safety of underground operators and property safety of facilities and equipment, improve the economic and social benefits of enterprises, and maintain the continuous, healthy and stable op-eration of coal mining enterprises. Based on the author＇s practical work experience, this paper first discusses the importance of venti-lation safety in coal mining enterprises, and then analyzes the related factors that affect safety of mine ventilation, that is, environ-mental factors, mainly including gas factor and temperature factor; human factors, mainly in that operators fail to fully realize the im-portance of ventilation safety and the level of professional ability of operators is relatively low; equipment factors, etc. On this basis, the author puts forward the corresponding preventive measures. It mainly includes improving the intensity of environmental manage-ment, improving the ability and level of personnel management, improving the level of equipment management and paying attention to the planning and implementation of safety plan, in order to improve the ability and level of ventilation safety of coal mine.
