The correct north mark of the secondary radar is very important to the operation of the secondary radar. Only when the reference direction is determined, can the spot track recorder of the secondary radar accurately find the azimuth and distance of the radar target relative to the radar station. This paper mainly introduces the importance of the north mark, the method of Raytheon radar adjusting the north sign by video clock board, and extends the other functions of Raytheon radar video clock board. Through this article, I hope to share with you some of my work experience on Raytheon radar.
