风力发电系统中大功率变流器的应用初探

摘要 随着社会的不断发展,风力发电系统对中大功率变流器的需求越来越大。文章根据以往工作经验,对中大功率变流器的原理及大功率电子器件对中大功率变流器发展的影响进行总结,并从器件串并联型大功率变流器、多电平大功率变流器、并联变流器、多电平结合多重化型变流器、级联H桥型多电平变流器五方面,论述了风力发电系统中大功率变流器的具体应用。 With the development of society, the demand of wind power system for medium and large power converter is increas-ing. In this paper, the principle of medium and large power converters and the influence of high power electronic devices on the de- velopment of medium and large power converters are summarized. And from five aspects, i.e., the device series-parallel type high- power converter, multi-level high-power converter, parallel converter, multi-level combined multi-heavy type converter and cascaded H-bridge multilevel converter, the application of large power converter in wind power system is discussed.
