摘要
多绳摩擦提升机由于结构紧凑,深井提升适应性强,安全系数高,在矿山广泛得到应用。文章以大红山铜矿箕斗竖井出现钢丝绳断丝、变形、松绳为例,分析多绳摩擦提升机张力不平衡形成的原因,提出消除钢丝绳张力不平衡方法,延长钢丝绳的使用寿命。
Multi-rope friction hoist is widely used in mines because of its compact structure, strong adaptability to deep shaft lifting and high safety coefficient. In this paper, taking the broken, deformed and loose rope of steel wire rope in the skip shaft of Dahongshan Copper Mine as an example, the causes of the tension imbalance of the multi-rope friction hoist are analyzed, and the method of eliminating the tension imbalance of the steel wire rope is put forward, to prolong the service life of steel wire rope.
