浇花峪隧道爆破底板振动规律试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究施工隧道内底板的爆破振动规律,基于兴延高速公路浇花峪隧道上台阶爆破掘进工程上台阶爆破,在距离掘进面不同位置处设置传感器,监测爆破振动速度。利用非线性回归分析方法对振速进行分析,分析结果表明得出掏槽孔振速大于辅助孔和周边孔;掏槽孔的垂向、水平径向和切向振速拟合K,α值均大于其他炮孔爆破时的相应分量,且垂向振速最大;同一类型作用炮孔的振速三分量的α值接近。分析了药量和距离对主频的影响规律,即随着装药量增加,爆破振动的高频成分相对丰富,频谱曲线波峰较少,主要集中在低频,其衰减也较快的结论。距离增加后,频谱曲线波峰减少,频率带宽变窄,主要集中在低频区域,各频谱曲线上的相对幅值峰值向低频靠拢。 In order to analyse blasting vibration of bottomplate of tunnel floor,sensors were installed in different position to monitor vibration velocity of step blasting excavation engineering of Jiao huayu tunnel. The velocity was analyzed by the method of nonlinear regression. The results show that cutting hole blasting vibration is greater than that of the auxiliary hole and peripheral hole. The fitting parameters K and α of cutting hole in vertical direction,horizontal radial and shear velocity is larger than other holes. The vertical velocity is the biggest among the three directions. The α value of three components of the velocity is similar in the same type of holes. The influence of the frequency on the dosage and distance is analyzed. It is conclude that with the increase of the charge weight,the high frequency components of the blasting vibration are relatively rich. The peaks of the spectral curve are less and mainly concentrated at the low frequency. The frequency of attenuates is faster. When the distance increases,the peaks of spectral curve decreases and the frequency bandwidth become narrow. The curve mainly concentrates in the low frequency region. The relative amplitude peaks on each spectral curve move closer to the low frequency.
