摘要
以组织学习和突破性技术创新理论为基础,探究组织学习驱动我国装备制造业突破性技术创新的机理。对影响机理进行理论分析,并提出研究假设,构建对数回归模型对研究假设进行实证检验。研究表明:利用式学习和探索式学习虽然都能促进我国装备制造业突破性技术创新,但利用式学习和探索式学习交互效应却会阻碍装备制造业突破性技术创新。由此,提出我国装备制造业要取得突破性技术创新亟需平衡好利用式学习和探索式学习的关系。
On the basis of organizational learning theory and disruptive technology innovation theory,this paper analyzed the disruptive technology innovation mechanism of equipment manufacturing industry by organizational learning. The study made the theoretical analysis on influence mechanism,putting forward research hypothesis,and made the empirical test on research hypothesis by establishing logistic regression models. The research shows: exploitative learning and exploratory learning can promote disruptive technology innovation; however,the interaction of exploitative learning and exploratory learning may hinder disruptive technology innovation,which means if disruptive technology innovation be achieved in equipment manufacturing industry,the relationship between exploitative learning and exploratory learning should be balanced.
