党的十九大报告提出,要"加快一流大学和一流学科建设,实现高等教育内涵式发展"。内涵式发展是高校的必然选择和最终方向,是行业特色高校发展的战略选择。行业特色高校要想实现内涵式发展,必须处理好行业波动与行业引领、特色强化与协调发展、人才培养定位与社会需求之间关系,科学设定发展定位,提高人才质量,强化学科行业特色,瞄准行业科技需求,注重行业教育和文化传承创新,走出一条高质量、有特色、快发展的道路。

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC proposed to"speed up the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines so as to realize the connotation development of higher education". Connotative development is the inevitable choice and ultimate direction for colleges and universities,and is the strategic choice for the development of colleges and universities with industrial characteristics. In order to realize the connotation development,universities with industrial characteristics must better handle the relationship between industry fluctuation and industry leading role,the relationship between strengthening the characteristics and harmonious development,and the relationship between the coordinated development of the positioning of talent training and social needs,set up scientific development orientation,improve the quality of talents,strengthen the disciplinary and industrial characteristics,aim at the scientific and technological demand of the industry,focus on the inheritance and innovation of the industrial education and culture so as to keep an unique and fast development.
