“示范区”建设背景下嘉兴市科技企业的融资创新

Financing Innovation of the Scientific and Technological Enterprises in Jiaxing Under the Background of Constructing Demonstration Area

基于嘉兴市创建"浙江省全面接轨上海示范区"的大背景,总结和分析了当前嘉兴市科技企业融资现状和存在的问题以及"示范区"建设对嘉兴市科技企业融资的影响,并提出嘉兴市科技企业实施进一步实施融资创新的4点建议:1)拓宽风险投资等资本来源;2)健全多元化科技金融体系;3)健全信用担保体系;4)充分利用多层次资本市场体系;为其可持续健康发展提供参考。

Considering the background of the construction of"Demonstration Area For Zhejiang's Fully Integration with Shanghai"in Jiaxing,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of financing for scientific and technological enterprises in Jiaxing and the influence from the construction of demonstration area to them. Also,this paper puts forward four suggestions on the implementation of further financing innovation in Jiaxing's scientific and technological enterprises to provide reference for their sustainable and healthy development: First,broaden the capital sources such as venture capital; second,improve the diversified technological financial system; third,promote the credit guarantee system; four,make full use of the multi-level capital market system.
