"聆听时代声音",是习近平同志在中国共产党十九大报告第三部分中提到的。文章主要论述了俄国十月革命及其奏响的"时代声音";在十月革命影响和感召下,中国共产党成立伊始即引领全党学习马克思列宁主义理论,这是党的"初心"最重要的内涵之一;中国共产党十九大的胜利召开,标志着"聆听时代声音"的中国共产党,率领全国各族人民开始了又一段伟大征程的扬帆远航。这个时代声音,在世界范围内,是指仍以解决和平与发展为两大主题的时代声音;在我国,则是指由中国共产党十八大开启的中国特色社会主义新时代的时代声音。

Xi Jinping mentioned"listen to the voice of the times"in the third part of his report at 19^(th) CPC National Congress.This thesis mainly discusses the following points:Under the influence and inspiration of the October Revolution in Russia during which"the voice of the times"was yelled out,the CPC called up its fellows to study Marxism-Leninism at its start-up stage and this is one of the most important connotations of our partys original aspiration;The successful convening of 19^(th)CPC National Congress marks that the CPC,who"listens to the voice of the times",leading all peoples in China,starts another great voyage.For the world,this voice of the times still means peace and development while for the nation,it means the voice of the new ear of Socialism with Chinese characteristics which was ushered by 18^(th)CPC National Congress.
