摘要
在连续流反应器中探究了纳米二氧化钛(TiO_2 NP)对污泥厌氧溶解及产气的影响。实验结果表明TiO_2 NP对污泥厌氧消化的影响与TiO_2 NP的浓度有关,低浓度TiO_2 NP对污泥的溶解及产气影响不明显,然而高浓度TiO_2 NP严重抑制污泥溶解及甲烷产量。当TiO_2 NP的浓度由0增加至200 mg/L时,甲烷产量由161 mL/g挥发性悬浮固体(VSS)下降至124 m L/g VSS。机理分析表明高浓度TiO_2 NP能够抑制关键酶的活性并对产甲烷化产生严重的抑制作用。
The effect of nanometer titanium dioxide( TiO_2 NP) on the sludge dissolution and gas production was investigated in continuous flow reactors. The experimental results showed that the effect of TiO_2 NP on the anaerobic digestion of sludge was related to the concentration of TiO_2 NP. The effect of low concentration TiO_2 NP on sludge dissolution and gas production is not obvious. However,high concentration TiO_2 NP seriously inhibited sludge dissolution and methane production. When the concentration of TiO_2 NP increased from 0 to 200 mg/L,the methane yield decreased from 161 m L/g volatile suspended solids( VSS) to 124 mL/g VSS. The mechanism analysis showed that high level of TiO_2 NP could inhibit the activities of key enzymes and inhibited the methanogenesis.
